Introduces function and performance characteristics of basic building materials, components, methods, and sequences in the construction process. Emphasizes the decision making process for the selection of the materials and methods used in residential construction. For the lab portion of this class we will complete the construction of the “Microhouses” through the dry-in phase. [F]
