SUR 150L - Surgical Procedures Lab4.00 credits
This is a laboratory course to practice and demonstrate the principles and techniques regarding surgical interventions and procedures within the surgical technologist’s role for the following surgical specialties: general, obstetric and gynecological, ophthalmic, otorhinolaryngologic, oral and maxillofacial, plastic and reconstructive, genitourinary, orthopedic, cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, and neurosurgery. Prerequisites: SUR 125, SUR 125L with a grade of “C” or better. Corequisites: SUR 135, SUR 135L, SUR 150.
