Addendum 1: June 12, 2024

• Inactivated the Cosmetology - Nail Technology Career Pathway Certificate
• Changed the hours for

  • COS 142C Barbering Clinic II from 9 to 8
• Changed the total hours for
  • Cosmetology - Barbering Certificate from 47 to 46
  • Esthetics and Nail Technology Certificate from 46 to 45

Addendum 2 - August 27, 2024

• Added the phrase “with a grade of “C” or better” to the appropriate courses in the Surgical Technology program and the phrase “Current enrollment within the Surgical Technology program” to the initial courses in the Surgical Technology program.

Addendum 3 - August 20, 2024

  Assessed to students who are taking online, hyflex, and hybrid classes. This fee helps cover the cost of services necessary for distance education, including student verification and the learning management system.

Addendum 6 - April 7, 2025 - Certified Coding Specialist Certificate

• Course originally had HIM 292 in the Technical Core, but this is for the electronic health record certification. The correct course is HIM 293 which is for coding and billing certification. This change was confirmed with the program lead of Health Information Management.
