SUR 101L - Surgical Fundamentals Lab

In this laboratory course, students will practice entry-level skills with in the role of the surgical technologist. Students will engage in team-focused activities, while performing skills related to surgical instruments, surgical patients, decontamination and sterilization of medical devices, and sterile techniques in surgery. Prerequisite: Admission to the surgical technology program. Corequisite: SUR 101.
