FRP 283 - Advanced Work Experience - Career Fire District

This course provides advanced on the job experience for students who have successfully completed FRP 111, ERO 125, EMT 151, EMT 151L, EMT 152 and EMT 152L. The student participates in four 8-hour shifts with cooperating Career Regional Fire Districts under District personnel supervision. During their shift rotations, students respond to emergency calls with Career District personnel and participate in non-combative activities at the discretion of their Supervisor and/or Incident Commander commensurate with their certifications and experience. Prerequisite: ERO 125, EMT 151, EMT 151L, EMT 152, EMT 152L, FRP 111, FRP 111L, FRP 281, FRP 282.
