COS 141L - Barbering Theory Lab

In this course, students will be prepared to meet the Oregon Board of Cosmetology’s requirements for barbering. Students will critically analyze clients’ hair, scalp, and skin to master a variety of procedures. By applying their skills and evaluating techniques, students will be well-equipped and excel in performing sculptures, designs, facial hair design, conditioning treatments, basic facials and shaves. The course must be completed with a 75% or higher. Prerequisite: COS 141 with a grade of “C” or better.
