New programs and initiatives have expanded our academic and delivery offerings, making it easier than ever to fit college classes into your life. KCC continues to offer both in-person instruction and distance education offerings, while seekingnew and innovative ways to utilize technology to better serve our students. KCC offers a wealth of options in the health sciences field tailored to fit a wide variety of interests. For example, the college has degrees and certificates in registered nursing, health information management, pharmacy technician, surgical technician and lab technician programs. Lab technicians are in high demand not only in hospitals, but at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Geological Survey, research and development firms and police forensics. These programs will enhance your career development, provide long term career opportunities and develop important skill sets that will grow our local economy.
