COS 131 - Nail Tech Theory

This course provides foundational knowledge essential for Nail Technology students to prepare for clinic/lab sessions and to meet the requirements establish by the Oregon Board of Cosmetology. Students will critically analyze and apply concepts in nail structure and growth, manicuring, pedicuring, nail tips, sculptured nails, and nail art. The course must be completed with a 75% or higher. Corequisite: COS 131L
