CUA 211B - Beverage Arts1.00 credits Students are familiar with the major grapes and wines of the United States and the world. Students will learn about grape cultivation, wine production, marketing and sales. They have knowledge of the basic elements of food-wine pairings plus the basic history of wine making. Prerequisite: CUA 211A with a grade of “C” or better.
