CUA 220 - Culinary Arts Mastery

2.00 credits
This course provides instruction first in contemporary desserts and world pastry. Then the mastery is tested with a full-course pairing pulling all facets of knowledge together with a week-long event of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prerequisite: Completion of CUA 103, CUA 103L, CUA 120, CUA 120L, CUA 130, CUA 130L, CUA 210, and CUA 210L with a grade of “C” or better.
