CUA 210 - Advanced Culinary Applications4.00 credits This course provides instruction in contemporary entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Attention will be paid to egg cookery, assorted sandwiches, griddle specialties, and chef’s dinner specials. Special attention will be paid to designer breads with a regional pairing. Prerequisites: CUA 103 and CUA 103L and CUA 120 and CUA 120L and CUA 130 and CUA 130L with a grade of “C” or better.
