CUA 202 - World Hors d’oeuvres & Specialty Breads

4.00 credits
This course provides students with the challenge of creating masterpieces in miniature. Emphasis will be placed on world design, grand buffet design, and specialties. Hors d’oeuvres are the beginning of this course, breaking the fundamentals of bread baking which is what brings us together in the end. Prerequisites: CUA 131 and CUA 131L with a grade of “C” or better.
