CMT 115 - Managing the Project Schedule

Methods of planning and scheduling construction projects. Emphasis on creating jobsite efficiency using construction schedules, including the critical path method and resource and cost loading. The use of computer scheduling software to create and monitor schedules will be studied. Recommended: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Corequisite: CMT 115L. [W]
