CJA 212 - Criminal Law

3 credits
Covers the origin, structure and definitions of common law and statutory crimes, the Oregon Criminal Code, and criminal court procedures. Students will participate in a mock trial. Prerequisite: WRI 121  or instructor permission. [SP]
