ART 206 - History of Western Art - Beginning 1300 AD3.00 credits This course examines visual art and architecture as a reflection of human interaction with the socio-political and physical environment of a particular era. The objectives of the course center on viewing, analyzing and comparing many art forms in a historical context and covers the Renaissance and Baroque periods beginning about 1300 AD.
