BUS 231 - Exam Prep: SHRM-CP

This class will help prepare students for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam offered by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Students will review the critical competencies identified in the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK). Students will complete practice exams throughout the class to prepare for the SHRM-CP exam. The SHRM-CP exam is offered at Prometric Test Centers during specified testing windows (see the SHRM website for details). Course fees may be included to cover the cost of a one-year membership with SHRM and the cost of the exam; see your faculty for details. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment or prior completion of BUS 230.
